Privacy:   Ozi Tatami will never willingly share any customer details with any other party except when required to by law or with the written permission of the customer. Ozi Tatami is based in New South Wales, Australia and as such, are bound by its laws. From time to time, Ozi Tatami may conduct customer surveys for its own use only. The data collected will be securely stored for analysis and use for marketing and customer satisfaction by Ozi Tatami only.

Legal:   The Ozi tatami website includes registered trade marks which include, but are not limited to the word combination of Ozi Tatami and the Ozi Tatami logo. No use of the logo, the name 'Ozi Tatami' or any part whatsoever of this website is permitted without written authorisation from the owners of Ozi Tatami. 

Disclaimer:  Ozi Tatami and its owners and suppliers will not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury or death resulting from the use of any products sold by Ozi Tatami. Use of Ozi Tatami's products as supplied by Mugen Dachi in the USA, is strictly at the consumer's own risk.  Ozi Tatami strongly urges and advises it's customers to seek qualified professional training before attempting any sort of cutting with it's products. Customers must also familiarise themselves with target preparation found on the Mugen Dachi website (the links to which are on the 'Links' page) in order to use the tatami omote correctly and reduce any risks.

Shipping:  Our shipping prices are negotiated vigorously and we always try to get the absolute best deal for our customers. We never charge more than the actual shipping rate and we don't charge for packaging and handling. For these reasons we cannot give discounted shipping rates.
