Purchasing Our Tatami Omote

There are three ways to order our tatami omote.

Once completed, print and fax or snail mail the form to Ozi tatami.  Our fax number and postal address is on the OUR DETAILS page.

OR

3)   Send us an email with your FULL name, delivery street address and the pack/s required.  Email to:  sales@ozitatami.com.au

THEN:   We calculate the shipping cost and send you a Quote/Invoice that contains the itemised costs, payment options and details. If you wish to go ahead with the purchase simply pay the total using one of the methods on the invoice.  Our Quotes/Invoices are valid for 30 days only, after that we need to send another one as postage/courier prices are constantly changing.

PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED and CHEQUES MUST CLEAR BEFORE WE WILL SHIP. Cheques can take up to 5 working days to clear while Visa and Mastercard payments via Paymate can take up to 2 business days to hit our account - so please plan ahead!
